Onsite: 4 days in office – (Day 1 onsite)
Duration: 6 months | Contract-to-Hire (Open to any work authorization)

💡 Role Overview:
As a Senior Web Lead, you will:
• Drive and apply Web engineering best practices.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and performant Web apps.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to iterate on solutions.
• Build and integrate with APIs to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Review, improve, and scale existing Web applications.
• Define performance metrics, optimize applications, and explore emerging technologies.
🎯 Required Skills:
• 5+ years of commercial React/Redux experience (recent).
• 6+ years of Web UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES2015+).
• Strong experience with Git, npm, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Deep knowledge of web architecture (HTTP, APIs, event loop, render cycle).
• Application performance tuning (Lighthouse, browser dev tools).
• Accessibility (WAI-ARIA, WCAG, assistive technologies).
• PWA (Progressive Web App) technologies.
✨ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
• Functional JavaScript, WebAssembly, Node.js backend.
• Testing tools (Jest/Mocha, Webdriver IO).
• Frameworks (Angular, Vue, Svelte, Stencil).
