Job Title: Software Developer (Magento)

Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12 to 15 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Magento.
- Proven ability to deliver high quality software solutions on time.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong expertise in Magento Development (Magento 2 preferred).
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Magento theming and module development.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of eCommerce best practices and user experience design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with other eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of front end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
