Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Retail, Logistics, or Travel domain expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide solutions for large-scale engagements, work closely with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements.
- Perform gap analysis, identify missing elements, and work with business and IT teams to close gaps.
- Create and maintain documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, etc.) as part of project deliverables.
- Provide solutions aligned with retail / logistics / travel business processes.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure requirements are met within timelines.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in Retail, Logistics, or Travel domain projects.
- Strong skills in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
