We are looking for Wi-Fi Experts (Engineer / Senior Engineer / Architect) to work on next-gen Wi-Fi, networking, and system design initiatives. Roles involve integration & performance testing, automation, and Wi-Fi architecture design for gateways, extenders, and IoT devices.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Integration, functional & performance testing of Wi-Fi devices.
Develop & execute test strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks.
Debug, document & resolve issues across the full product lifecycle.
Optimize Wi-Fi radio & antenna parameters to improve performance.
Characterize Wi-Fi behavior in real-world scenarios & define validation metrics.
Work with 802.11 standards (b/g/n/ac/ax/be), networking protocols & RF test chambers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & present solutions to leadership.
✅ Skills & Qualifications
10+ years in Wi-Fi, networking, automation, and system design.
Strong expertise in 802.11 standards, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6.
Hands-on with Wi-Fi tools: Veriwave, IXIA, Wireshark, Omnipeek.
Familiarity with RF chambers (Octoscope, Lindgren, Candela).
Python, Shell scripting, UNIX systems for automation.
Experience with Bluetooth, Zigbee, MoCA, Matter, DOCSIS a plus.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting & communication skills.
