Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Specialist
Location: Cleveland, OH – 100% Onsite
Experience: 10+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across HR and business functions.
- Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Work with tools such as Informatica, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and HCM Extracts.
- Create and manage HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management).
- Proficiency in ODI and Informatica for integration and ETL.
- Hands-on with HCM Data Loader (HDL), REST APIs, and integration templates.
- Ability to customize ODI knowledge modules and build efficient data flows.
- Solid experience in integration, data migration, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
