Position: Quorum SME Analyst/ Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC/Houston, TX/REMOTE

Role Overview

  • Experienced contractors with strong expertise in Quorum Energy Suite applications to support the Enbridge USUI (Union-Spectra Utilities Integration) Project.
  • The role involves configuration, support, and integration of Quorum solutions with Enbridge’s existing systems for natural gas and liquids operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Enbridge business and IT teams to analyze, configure, and support Quorum applications (e.g., Quorum TIPS, Gas Scheduling, Measurement, Accounting, Land, or Pipeline Management modules).
  • Support integration and migration of USUI systems into Enbridge corporate IT landscape.
  • Provide application support, incident resolution, and troubleshooting for Quorum environments.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, system documentation, and workflows.
  • Assist in data migration, reconciliation, and validation between legacy and Quorum platforms.
  • Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams (e.g., SCADA, SAP, GIS, ETRM, Finance) to ensure seamless process flows.
  • Participate in testing (unit, system, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to Enbridge stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills to work with business users, contractors, and Enbridge IT.
  • 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Quorum applications in oil & gas (pipeline, gas scheduling, measurement, accounting, or land management). Experience with system integration, data migration, and end-of-day processing in Quorum.
  • Strong understanding of natural gas pipeline operations and commercial processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data queries, validation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, MuleSoft), or integration frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Prior experience on Enbridge, Spectra, or similar midstream projects.
  • Knowledge of ETRM systems (Endur, Allegro, etc.) and integration with Quorum.
  • Exposure to cloud deployments (Azure, AWS) for Quorum applications.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in North American energy markets.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Quorum product certifications (if available) are an asset.
  • PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
