We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with expertise in ServiceNow and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable architectures that align with business objectives, streamline processes, and enhance digital transformation initiatives. The architect will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow and CPQ solutions.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for platform development and integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and secure solutions.
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) and extend them with custom apps when necessary.
- Architect CPQ solutions to optimize quoting, pricing, product configuration, and order management workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
- Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and support teams.
- Perform code reviews, design validations, and quality checks.
- Stay current with ServiceNow and CPQ product roadmaps, recommending upgrades and new features.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and reusable frameworks.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Technical Architect.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with CPQ solutions (Salesforce CPQ preferred, but exposure to Apttus/Oracle/SAP CPQ is also valuable).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules and custom application development.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Technical Architect are a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation in ITSM/CPQ.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
