Java onsite Manager

Role: Job Responsibilities :
? Total 10+ years of Experience in Java based Application Development and Maintenance
? Self-starter, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Customer Expectation Management
? Proven experience as Onsite Manager and should have worked with the Offshore Team
? Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders within LC, CG Offshore and Team in Mexico
? Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies
? As and when needed should be able to understand complex codebases, able to apply software and systems engineering principles
? Should have understanding in Java Technology stack, Microservices based Architecture, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkin, Junit and Mockito, AWS and AWS ecosystem of S3 Bucket, EC2 instances
