We are seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Network Engineer / Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in Cisco Unified Communications. This role offers the chance to work on enterprise-level voice systems and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE/UCCX)
VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP) and voice gateway administration
System monitoring, patching, performance optimization, troubleshooting
Documentation of SOPs and performance reports
Collaboration with UC Engineers & vendor coordination for circuit implementation
