Position: Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Location:  Plano, Texas (Onsite) & F2F Interview

Job Description  

Years of Experience: 10 15 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications using Java programming language.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Extensive experience with object oriented design and programming principles.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
  • Proficient in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of software security best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 15 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven experience in leading software development projects.
  • Strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating Java expertise.
