Job Title – UX Designer

Role/Responsibilities
- 5–8 years of experience in UX, product design, service design, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a strategic or lead role.
- RETAIL DOMAIN experience highly preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy work: journey maps, ecosystem models, experience visions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment around customer experience outcomes.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, service design, and design thinking methodologies.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe CC etc.
- Working in agile product development environments.
Knowledge of design systems, content strategy, or omnichannel service design, human-computer interaction.
