Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Project Manager to support a high-impact Private Equity valuation initiative. This role is central to coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of key milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management (5-7 years), direct experience with the SDLC, and a proven ability to manage data-centric projects within a financial services context.
 
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead day-to-day project coordination across internal stakeholders and external technology teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for valuation-related features and integrations.
Testing & Validation Management: Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution. Support testing and validation efforts across various environments to ensure product quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to ensure clear alignment on technical requirements. Prepare and lead technical discussions, including pre-training walkthroughs and vendor calls.
Governance & Reporting: Run weekly and monthly project meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability. Track and report on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
 
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in technical project management or a business analyst capacity, preferably within financial services or fintech.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with data-oriented projects. Familiarity with enterprise-level integrations is required.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience managing UAT cycles and coordinating with external technology teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Certification (Preferred): PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a strong plus.
 
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
A functional understanding of Private Equity workflows and valuation processes.
