Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead for the Oracle Team to oversee a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role involves managing a team of 50–75 professionals, driving Oracle stabilization and consolidation initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 50–75 Oracle professionals across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand organizational goals and align Oracle strategy accordingly.
Define and guide the roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud stabilization and consolidation initiatives.
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle solutions that meet business requirements.
Conduct executive-level presentations and provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure timely delivery of projects, adherence to best practices, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Drive continuous improvements and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of Oracle systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Oracle technology, with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Proven experience managing and leading large teams (50+ people) across diverse functional areas.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with senior executives and stakeholders.
Expertise in Oracle stabilization and consolidation strategies.
