Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – IT II to oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring quality deliverables, smooth implementation, and excellent customer experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage complex, enterprise-level initiatives across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects following PMO/PPMO processes and standards.

Develop and maintain project scope, budget, timeline, and resources.

Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Prepare and manage key project documents – Charters, Project Plans, Budgets, RACIs, and Status Reports.

Identify risks and dependencies, create mitigation plans, and report progress regularly.

Facilitate project design and planning sessions to define clear scope and deliverables.

Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to all departmental policies.

Support user training, documentation, and go-live readiness activities.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree required (education proof mandatory).

7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within Healthcare or Enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of PMO/PPMO processes and project lifecycle management.

Proven ability to lead multiple, complex IT projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with EPIC or similar healthcare systems is a plus.
