Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SDET / Technical Lead to oversee API and webservices testing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient testing processes. The role involves mentoring team members, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead API and webservices testing projects from initiation to delivery.
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for API testing.
- Conduct automated web application testing using Selenium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and resolve issues.
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members on SDET best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends in API and webservices testing.
- Communicate project status and technical insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in API and webservices testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium for web application automation.
- In-depth knowledge of SDET methodologies.
- Programming skills in Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer Certification
