Job Description:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) to lead enterprise-scale architecture initiatives, drive platform innovation, and ensure seamless integration across multiple ServiceNow environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design, governance, and strategy for ServiceNow implementations.
• Drive integrations for M&A projects and multi-instance environments.
• Provide expert guidance on ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, and platform optimization.
• Develop and review scripts, integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present architecture recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
• ServiceNow CMA certification (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on expertise in ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Proven ability to deliver results in complex, dynamic environments.

Preferred:

• Experience in ServiceNow instance integrations (M&A).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
