Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong React.js expertise to join our client’s dynamic development team in Bentonville, AR. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement new user-facing features using React.js and Node.js.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and other team members to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug resolution to maintain high code quality.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in React.js development.
6+ years of experience with Redux for state management.
6+ years of experience in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and DOM manipulation.
Strong understanding of React workflows (Flux, Redux) and component lifecycle management.
Experience with Node.js and modern frontend build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, NPM).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authentication mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Tokens).
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) and isomorphic React is a plus.
Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with modern front-end tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or similar.
