Design data testing strategies, test plans, and test cases using data models, design documents, and acceptance criteria
Execute testing for data migration and data integrations (legacy Salesforce → Salesforce FSC)
Validate Informatica (IICS/IDMC) ETL pipelines and data transformations
Perform data reconciliation, source-to-target validation, and defect analysis
Write complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts for repeatable data testing
Query Salesforce using SOQL to validate migrated and integrated data
Lead QA efforts, ensure process compliance, and maintain complete documentation
Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple teams, including offshore QA
Drive test automation initiatives for data and integration testing
Partner with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
Support CI/CD pipelines and QA tools (Git, Jenkins/Bamboo, test management tools)

5–7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
5+ years of hands-on Data & Data Integration Testing
Strong experience with Oracle SQL and writing PL/SQL procedures
Experience testing ETL tools such as Informatica (IICS/IDMC preferred), SSIS, Talend
Experience with Salesforce data models and SOQL querying
Strong understanding of data migration and integration testing
Proficiency in at least one OOP language: Java / Python / C#
Solid understanding of QA practices: system testing, regression, risk-based & exploratory testing
Experience working in Agile environments
Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with distributed/offshore teams
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience
Test automation for data validation
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, Git
DevOps exposure
Financial services domain experience
