What You’ll Do
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance using AIOps, event correlation, and observability tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve real-time #network issues as part of a 24/7 war-room operations team
* Perform traffic pattern analysis using flow-based tools to identify performance and security risks
* Work with #Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Graphite, Syslog, and other monitoring/logging tools
* Contribute automation and scripting solutions through code and design reviews
* Support CI/CD pipelines and #DevOps processes using Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and related tools
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network visibility, reliability, and scalability
* Manage high-impact incidents and communicate effectively with senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in network operations, #SRE, and event correlation
* Deep understanding of network protocols, Syslog, VPNs, Wireless (WAP), and network logs
* Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms
* Proven ability to analyze traffic patterns using flow-based network tools
* Python (or similar) scripting experience for automation
* Proficiency in #Linux/Unix environments
* Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices
* Comfortable supporting 24/7 operations and critical incident response
