Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Raritan, NJ (Hybrid)

Full time: $70k / per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams working on SAP implementations and enhancements
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments
• Act as a liaison between Product Owners, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Track sprint progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Ensure transparency through proper reporting of metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint outcomes
• Support release planning and dependency management across multiple teams
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent) – preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with large enterprise or regulated environments
• Exposure to SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
• Background in IT delivery, SAP functional or technical coordination
