AWS Connect Solutions Engineer

Required Skills:
• Amazon Connect
• Amazon Lex
• AWS Lambda
• AWS Pinpoint or End User Messaging
• Amazon DynamoDB
✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Service design experience with a developer background and quick learning ability
• Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.)
• Ability to configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect
• Experience integrating AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services
• Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code
• Automation-focused mindset; AWS certification is a plus
