Type – Contract 
Role Description:
This role is aligned with the Analyst position and involves responsibilities related to professional services systems and support, focusing on client and engagement management, risk tools, and support ticket resolution using ServiceNow.

Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of professional services workflows
  • Experience in Client and Engagement Creation
  • Familiarity with Risk Management Systems and Tools
  • Proficiency in CEAC and Sentinel platforms
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow for handling support tickets
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL Server
  • Good understanding of .NET Technologies (preferred)
Desirable Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal collaboration abilities
Experience Required:
10+ years of relevant experience in technology and support functions with a strong focus on .NET, SQL Server, and service management tools.
