We have a requirement for Friedman ERP – Functional and Technical Consultants for one of our prospects . Below is a brief job description.
10+ Year of IT experience in ERP Systems.
Experience with Friedman Frontier ERP systems
Experience in ERP software in AS400
Experience in MFG Supply Chain Operations and Order Management
Experience in IBMi – AS400, RPG, COBOL, DB2, SQL,Mainframes (DB2, Cobol)
Proven experience in IT support, application support, or a similar role
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
Strong technical understanding of software applications.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks preferred
