🚀 SailPoint Engineer – Plano, TX (Hybrid – W2 Only, No C2C) 🚀
🔥 Core Requirements:
✔ 3-7 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow & IIQ implementation in enterprise environments
✔ Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and role-based access control (RBAC)
✔ Proven experience integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow for ITSM workflows and ticketing
✔ Custom connector development using Java, BeanShell, and REST APIs
✔ Deep knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) with CyberArk integration
✔ Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and multi-cloud IAM (AWS/GCP a plus)
✔ Compliance & audit expertise (SOX, SOC2, GDPR) in IAM policies and controls
💡 Preferred Skills:
✔ Financial services or mortgage industry experience (highly valued)
✔ Familiarity with SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC for modern authentication
✔ Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation
