Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Card Delivery Services (CDS)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day platform operations including Run the Engine / Run the Business activities
• Ensure the platform is vulnerability-free, high-performing, and aligned with Capital One’s core operating principles
• Drive platform stability and service quality improvements
• Collaborate with the Graffiti Platform team to plan and execute the CDS migration to Graffiti 2.0
• Support operational readiness for CDS end-of-life planned in 2026
