We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of in-house executive and operational dashboards. This strategic initiative supports KPI monitoring and operational reporting aligned with the OHPAC Wave 1 migration, with a focus on evaluating revenue cycle performance during the transition period.

Project Scope

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of executive and operational dashboards
  • Enable ongoing KPI monitoring and reporting capabilities
  • Oversee implementation of tools to assess revenue cycle health
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Manage project budget and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, analytics, business)
  • Establish governance framework and reporting cadence

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with finance and revenue cycle teams
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues effectively
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
  • Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

Technical Oversight

  • Collaborate with technical teams on dashboard architecture and performance
  • Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and refresh timeliness
  • Manage integrations with existing systems and data sources
  • Lead user acceptance testing and feedback cycles

Change Management

  • Develop and execute communication and change management plans
  • Create training materials and conduct user training sessions
  • Support transition from FinThrive to new dashboard solutions
  • Monitor adoption and resolve user concerns proactively
  • Ensure minimal disruption to operations

Risk & Quality Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
  • Implement quality assurance standards and processes
  • Track performance against defined KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
  • Manage vendor relationships and deliverables (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong experience in Waterfall methodology
  • Proven experience delivering dashboard/reporting solutions
  • Experience working with finance and revenue cycle operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare or revenue cycle systems
  • Familiarity with FinThrive or similar platforms

Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
