We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of in-house executive and operational dashboards. This strategic initiative supports KPI monitoring and operational reporting aligned with the OHPAC Wave 1 migration, with a focus on evaluating revenue cycle performance during the transition period.
Project Scope
- Lead end-to-end delivery of executive and operational dashboards
- Enable ongoing KPI monitoring and reporting capabilities
- Oversee implementation of tools to assess revenue cycle health
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Manage project budget and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, analytics, business)
- Establish governance framework and reporting cadence
Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary point of contact for leadership and stakeholders
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with finance and revenue cycle teams
- Communicate status, risks, and issues effectively
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Technical Oversight
- Collaborate with technical teams on dashboard architecture and performance
- Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and refresh timeliness
- Manage integrations with existing systems and data sources
- Lead user acceptance testing and feedback cycles
Change Management
- Develop and execute communication and change management plans
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions
- Support transition from FinThrive to new dashboard solutions
- Monitor adoption and resolve user concerns proactively
- Ensure minimal disruption to operations
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Implement quality assurance standards and processes
- Track performance against defined KPIs
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables (if applicable)
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong experience in Waterfall methodology
- Proven experience delivering dashboard/reporting solutions
- Experience working with finance and revenue cycle operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare or revenue cycle systems
- Familiarity with FinThrive or similar platforms
Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
