Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on IT System Specialist with strong experience in Dell Boomi integration, API development, and SQL Server. The role focuses on backend system integrations, data workflows, and automation supporting enterprise financial and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & support Dell Boomi integrations (processes, connectors, mappings)
- Build and maintain API-based integrations
- Work on SQL development (SPs, queries, data validation, optimization)
- Develop & support SSIS packages
- Manage file-based integrations (SFTP, automation, scheduling)
- Monitor & troubleshoot integration failures and data issues
- Document interfaces, mappings, workflows
- Work with ServiceNow / ticketing tools
- Collaborate with business teams for requirements
Key Skills (Must Have)
- Dell Boomi Integration Development (Hands-on)
- REST & SOAP API integrations
- SQL Server (2019/2022)
- Complex queries
- Stored procedures
- Data transformation & optimization
- SSIS (ETL / data transformation)
- Middleware / Interface support
- Experience with file-based integrations / SFTP / MFT
- Strong troubleshooting skills (integration & data issues)
Good to Have
- GoAnywhere MFT or similar tools
- Integration with SAP / Oracle / Workday / UKG
- Knowledge of OAuth / token-based authentication
- Scripting (PowerShell / Python)
- Experience in production support environments
