We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong Financial Services domain expertise, specifically in Investment Management and Private Markets (Private Equity & Private Credit). The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage end-to-end delivery, and work closely with business, data, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Investment Management and Private Markets platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Investment, Operations, Fund Accounting, and Technology
- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead product development across:
- Investment Operations workflows
- Fund accounting & transaction lifecycle
- Market & Security Reference Data
- Data ingestion, mapping, and distribution
- Ensure accurate data management and mapping across multiple systems
- Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Oversee integration of reference data into investment/accounting systems
- Act as SME for Private Market transactions (capital calls, distributions, valuations, settlements)
- Support reporting, audit, and data governance processes
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Product Management / Product Owner / BA experience in Financial Services
- Strong experience in Investment Management & Investment Operations
- Hands-on knowledge of Private Equity & Private Credit
- Solid understanding of Fund Accounting & transaction lifecycle
- Experience with Market & Security Reference Data
- Strong data management & system integration experience
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with investment/accounting or portfolio management platforms
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience in system integration or platform modernization projects
- Background in Asset Management / Financial Services organizations
