Expert ITAM. HAM and SAM GRC/IRM candidate needed
Based on the recent interviews, the client is primarily looking for strong ServiceNow profiles with hands-on experience in HAM and SAM, along with a good understanding of asset lifecycle, procurement, and business processes.
Candidates should also have solid knowledge of ITSM, scripting (business rules, ACLs, GlideQuery), and data handling (transform maps). Exposure to GRC/IRM, normalization, and remediation processes is preferred. Overall, the focus is on candidates with practical project experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.
Based on the recent interviews seems like they need ServiceNow consultant who combines:
- Asset Management expertise (HAM/SAM)
- Platform development skills
- Business process understanding
- GRC/IRM exposure
