- • Experience in Retail Pharmacy.
- • Experience Hans-on User Story, Feature grooming.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
- • 5+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- • 10+ years of experience working as a Product Owner
- • Strong work ethic; self starter with the ability to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- • Strong business process acumen with experience supporting business stakeholders
- • Business level communication skills required
- • Ability to facilitate dialogues that produce new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovation/enhancements, including analysis of consequences
- • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the Scrum team
