We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong experience in building and scaling production-grade applications, along with hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-based systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining chatbot platforms with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
– 15+ years of experience in Python development
– Build, scale, and maintain production-grade Python applications
– Ensure chatbot reliability, safety, and compliance (moderation, guardrails, abuse prevention)
– Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
– Design and execute A/B testing for chatbot improvements (prompts, models, features)
– Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
– Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and infrastructure design
Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve system performance
Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases for chatbot and knowledge base systems
– Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity & security
– Manage knowledge base indexing and retrieval systems
– Analyze logs and user interactions to enhance chatbot accuracy and UX
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/PhD can substitute experience)
– 15+ years of experience in Python development
– Strong expertise in:

*Production-grade application design and scalability
*Database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
– Experience with:

AI/LLM Expertise (Must Have):
