Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices, hands-on development, and integration expertise. This role requires a proactive individual who can design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ITOM solutions leveraging industry best practices.
  • Perform hands-on development tasks, including the creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.
  • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, application management tools, and automation of alerts using OOB plugins and API methods.
  • Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
  • Conduct third-party software integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and other components.
  • Manage MID Servers to ensure seamless integrations and operations.
  • Participate in multiple ServiceNow implementations and provide expertise in the deployment process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
