· Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Scheduling.
· Lead ERP operations for Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Scheduling, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
· Manage and mentor functional teams; set priorities, allocate resources, and drive accountability
· Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that address evolving requirements and system gaps
· Oversee system implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
· Collaborate with external consulting partners to ensure compliant and effective system design
· Direct the development of functional specifications, including fast formulas, interfaces, configurations, and customizations
· Support security role design, provisioning, and governance within Oracle Cloud HCM
· Lead testing strategy and execution, including automated testing and validation for implementations and quarterly releases
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll and timekeeping processes
· Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and system performance
· Support integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data extracts to meet business needs
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards
· Lead post–go-live stabilization, user training, and continuous system optimization
· Collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams on enhancements, change management, and strategic initiatives
