We are seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives within the Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Learning Systems (RLCLS) domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with domain leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver effective risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for TPRM technology solutions
- Conduct business process mapping to identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions addressing third-party risk challenges
- Support the full product lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Facilitate communication between business, technology, and risk teams
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of solutions
- Document workflows, data mapping, system configurations, and technical specifications
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in TPRM or related domains
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation
- Experience supporting end-to-end product lifecycle delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
