The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, build, and support solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Order Management (OMS), and Agentforce. This role requires deep hands‐on development experience and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high‐quality technical solutions.
What You Will Do
Salesforce Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Order Management using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
  • Deliver enhancements across the full development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
  • Build and maintain API integrations using Apex and REST services.
  • Follow Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and documentation.

AI / Agentforce Chatbot

  • Enhance and expand the existing Agentforce chatbot to support transactional workflows.
  • Improve chatbot accuracy using Salesforce Knowledge, product data, and business rules.
  • Configure prompts, intents, actions, and fallback logic.

Data Cloud & Personalization

  • Use Salesforce Data Cloud to support personalization and AI grounding.
  • Support identity resolution, data mapping, and data activation as needed.

Testing, Release & Governance

  • Support testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases.
  • Follow DevOps and Git‐based deployment practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands‐on experience with:
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows
  • REST APIs and integrations
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Agentforce (required)
  • Salesforce Order Management (OMS)

Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience with Git and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Strong problem‐solving and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred.
  • Experience with AI, chatbots, or conversational automation.
  • Experience supporting global or multilingual Salesforce implementations.
  • Background in customer service, warranty, or technical support systems.

Education

  • BA/BS degree in a technical field (required).
