We are seeking a senior Program Director / Transformation Leader with strong experience in Healthcare Payer environments to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will drive large-scale programs across PBM, CRM, and operating model transformation, partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver business and technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise transformation programs across healthcare payer operations
  • Drive initiatives in PBM, Behavioral Health, and Utilization Management (UM)
  • Manage large-scale CRM/Salesforce and cloud transformation programs
  • Define and implement operating model and process improvements
  • Establish and govern PMO frameworks, portfolio management, and delivery standards
  • Partner with C-level and senior stakeholders for strategy, execution, and change management
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, and technology teams
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in program management / transformation / consulting
  • Strong experience in Healthcare Payer (health plans / managed care)
  • Hands-on experience with PBM, Behavioral Health, or Utilization Management (UM)
  • Proven track record leading enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders and large cross-functional teams
  • Strong expertise in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and/or digital transformation
  • Experience with PMO leadership, governance, and portfolio management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting background (Principal Consultant / Engagement Leader)
  • Experience with cloud transformation (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Exposure to customer experience and operational excellence initiatives
  • Experience in business development or client solutioning
