We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered agents within Salesforce Service Cloud. This role focuses on developing Agentforce topics, actions, grounding, and orchestration while ensuring production readiness, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
Salesforce Agentforce Developer (Build & Operations) :
• Total experience of 10-12 years with 8+ years of experience working in Salesforce implementation projects
• Hands-on experience deploying at least 1–2 Agentforce agents in production.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Agentforce concepts (topics, actions, grounding, handoff).
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving live issues.
• Design and develop Agentforce agents including topics, routing logic, instructions, and orchestration flows.
• Build and maintain Agentforce actions using Salesforce Flows and Apex.
• Configure and optimize grounding sources (Knowledge, structured data, Data Cloud).
• Deploy and support Agentforce agents in production environments.
• Create and maintain Agentforce runbooks for topic failures, action errors, Flow/Apex dependencies, and integrations.
• Implement monitoring and observability for agent sessions, topic accuracy, action latency, escalations, and failures.
