- 5+ years’ experience in Project / Program Management
- Experience in Sales / GTM / Commercial programs
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or Healthcare Technology (preferred)
- Proven ability to drive revenue-impacting initiatives
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product
- Strong stakeholder management including executive-level interaction
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation (PPT storytelling)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, reporting, data analysis, dashboards)
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in ambiguity
- Experience in GTM strategy, pricing, upsell, cross-sell, and retention programs
