  • Experience in Sales / GTM / Commercial programs
  • Experience in large enterprise environments
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or Healthcare Technology (preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive revenue-impacting initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product
  • Strong stakeholder management including executive-level interaction
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation (PPT storytelling)
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, reporting, data analysis, dashboards)
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in ambiguity
  • Experience in GTM strategy, pricing, upsell, cross-sell, and retention programs
