· Core Platforms: Advanced management of macOS and iOS/iPadOS in a large-scale corporate environment.
· Apple Ecosystem: Deep expertise in JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
· Deployment & Config: Proven experience with Configuration Profiles, software deployment via JAMF, and Jamf Connect/Self-Service+.
· Modern Management: Hands-on experience with Declarative Device Management (DDM), Blueprints, and Compliance Editor.
· Experience with Tanium for endpoint management.
· Experience implementing or managing the “Nudge” tool for OS updates
