ADABAS Database: Extensive experience with Software AG ADABAS database administration
– Natural: Proficiency with Natural programming language, Natural One, and Natural Security administration
– Mainframe Platform: Knowledge of IBM z/OS operating system and client software such as TPX, TSO and batch JCL
– Related Products: Experience installing and supporting ADABAS Security, Entire NetWork, SQL Gateway, AOS, Review, CICS Interface
– On-call support required
Desired Experience & Technical Skills:
– ServiceNow or similar ITSM / change and incident management tools
– CA Broadcom mainframe tool suite, including Vantage, View, TPX, JCL Check, Sysview, and NetMaster
– CICS and related client software, including Intercom
– SQL and PL/I, and programming language (reading and basic maintenance)
– Assembler language (exposure or diagnostic-level experience)
– Infrastructure: Work with IBM z15 systems, multiple LPARs, and enterprise-class storage systems
