Role Lead planning, coordination, and execution of GTM and CX integration initiatives between PANW and CYBR, ensuring seamless sales collaboration, customer visibility, and business readiness for Day 1 and beyond. Drive integration of Salesforce data (Accounts, Opportunities) across PANW and CYBR. Define and document joint deal tracking and SPIFF payout processes. Lead workshops with CYBR SMEs to capture As-Is GTM and CX processes. Translate business needs into technical requirements for quote-to-cash and CX visibility. Oversee implementation of read-only access across CX platforms (Service Cloud, Clarizen, Gainsight). Support development of Control Tower reporting and harmonized CX metrics.

Competencies: Salesforce, Project Management

Essential Skills:

             10 years in IT project management or business systems analysis. Experience with Salesforce, GTM processes, and CX platforms. Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
