We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, particularly within Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and architects
  • Support backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery readiness
  • Provide expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, including Rating and Integrations
  • Perform data analysis and data mapping for Guidewire and third-party integrations
  • Contribute to business process understanding and solution design
  • Apply knowledge of Advanced Product Designer, data dictionary, and underwriting rules framework
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and optimization opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in the insurance domain
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (Rating & Integrations)
  • Experience with Guidewire configuration concepts and tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and mapping
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in Agile environments

Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance lifecycle and policy administration
