Need a native iOS developer to build an iOS version of our Inside Assist Chat product, which is currently being delivered as a web app.
This is a new role, it is urgent, and this person will be the primary owner responsible for getting the iOS app delivered on a tight timeline.
Top Required Skills
- Strong native iOS development experience
- Strong SwiftUI experience
- Hands-on experience with SSO authentication using Microsoft Entra ID
Preferred / Differentiating Skills
- Experience with async
- Familiarity with MVVM / clean architecture
- Experience working in a smaller team environment where they can move fast, take initiative, and own delivery

Role / Project Context
- This is a new role, not a backfill
- The project is called Inside Assist Chat
- The existing product is being built as a web application in React JS
- The web app was scheduled to go live on April 15
- The iOS app is being created because leadership wants a native iOS version
- The company currently does not have a native iOS developer
Ownership / Team
- This person will be the sole iOS developer
- They may get help from one or two technical resources on the team, but not from another Swift developer
- They are expected to be the main responsible person, take ownership, and lead the effort
