Role Name – Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant HCM onsite.
Key Responsibilities ERP Transformation Functional Responsibilities Partner with HR| Payroll| Talent| and Business stakeholders to gather| analyze| and document HCM business requirements.
Analyze legacy HCM processes and map them to Oracle Fusion HCM best practices.
Lead or support implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules| including Core HR Workforce Structures Payroll Absence Management Time Labor (OTL)Talent Management (Recruiting| Performance| Learning as applicable)Prepare and own Functional Design Documents (FDDs)| configuration workbooks| and solution artifacts.
Support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)| User Acceptance Testing (UAT)| defect resolution| and business signoffs.
Techno Functional Integration Responsibilities
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on approved designs.
Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external legacy systems| such as Payroll providers Finance ERP systems Time Attendance systems Benefits and third party vendors Utilize Oracle tools and technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)HCM Extracts HDL FBL data loaders REST SOAP APIsBI Publisher reports upport data migration| reconciliation| and validation activities.
Governance| Security GoLive Support Ensure HCM security roles| data privacy| and compliance requirements are met.
Support cutover planning| golive execution| and hyper care post production stabilization.
Coordinate with System Integrators (SI)| internal IT| and HR leadership.
Provide knowledge transfer (KT) to support and operations teams.
Required Skills Experience Mandatory Qualifications712 years of experience in Oracle HCM.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
At least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
Strong functional expertise in Core HR| Payroll| Absence| and Workforce Structures.
Experience working on ERP transformation or cloud migration programs. Technical Tools Expertise Oracle Fusion HCM configuration Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)HCM Extracts| HDL| BI Publisher REST SOAP APIs Data migration and reconciliation Exposure to Agile SAFe delivery methodologies Preferred Nice to Have Skills Experience in construction| engineering| utilities| or infrastructure based organizations.
Experience supporting large| distributed or field based workforces.
Prior experience migrating from PeopleSoft| Oracle EBusiness Suite| Workday| or custom legacy HR systems.
Oracle Fusion HCM Certification(s).Soft Skills Competencies Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills Ability to work in large| complex transformation programs Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Ability to bridge HR| IT| and integration teams Comfortable working with senior business and technology leadership.
