Top Skills:
Experience in managing co-browsing technologies in a product role in the customer care space.
A solid understanding of customer experience insight tools such as digital tag managers, A/B testing tools, Qualtrics, etc.
Experience building governance models around digital standards (IE testing frameworks, deployment standards, etc) to be leveraged across product organizations.
Mandatory Skills:
5-7 years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced technology-oriented company, with product ownership from idea to execution
Strong sense for quality and user experience
Able to properly determine scope, key milestones, objectives and dependencies of a project
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience working in Lending companies or FinTech companies.
Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
Experience working in an agile environment
