We are seeking a strong Oracle Financial Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Financials modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Functional Consultant for Oracle Financials implementations and support projects
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Configure and implement Oracle Financial modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM
- Provide functional solutions aligned with business processes and best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations
- Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and support end-users during testing phases
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Participate in data migration and reconciliation activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle implementation
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus
- Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- CPA or relevant finance certification is an added advantage
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
