- Lead end-to-end execution of privacy projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery of key milestones.
- Partner with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to operationalize privacy requirements
- Implement and maintain privacy frameworks aligned with regulations such asGDPR, CCPA, and other global laws especially those surrounding the use of AI.
- FacilitatePrivacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
- Develop and maintain data inventories, data flow maps, and records of processing activities (RoPA).
- Track and manage privacy incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Support responses to data subject requests (DSARs), audits, and regulatory inquiries
- Drive privacy-by-design principles in product development lifecycles
- Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs across the organization
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience inprivacy, data protection, compliance, or related program/project management roles.
- Strong understanding of global privacy regulations
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with distributed teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems, Security, or Computer Science or similar degree or equivalent experience
