Core Responsibilities
Varicent ICM Development & Configuration
• Design, develop, and configure Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) / Business Process Management (BPM) modules, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Build and maintain compensation plans, custom calculations, and data models to support sales performance.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for incentive tracking and reporting.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Analyze sales compensation processes and optimize system capabilities.
• Ensure alignment with insurance, sales, and compensation domain requirements.

System Support, Testing & Optimization
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure accurate compensation calculations.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide technical documentation, end-user support, and training.

Automation & AI Enablement
• Leverage Varicent AI capabilities to enhance data analysis, predictive insights, and workflow automation.
• Automate approval processes, exception handling, and notifications.
• Utilize SQL and scripting for data validation and process optimization.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Varicent ICM Expertise
• 8–10 years of experience in Varicent ICM / SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM).
• Strong expertise in configuration, calculations, analytics, and reporting.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, aggregation, and data quality checks.
• Experience with ERP / CRM integrations and external system connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, workflows, and automation scripting.
AI & Analytics
• Experience with Varicent AI modules and AI-powered analytics for predictive insights and optimization.
Certifications
• Varicent Certified Professional (VCP) – Preferred
• Certified Incentive Compensation Professional (CICP) – Preferred
Soft Skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in documentation and knowledge sharing.
