Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):
- 15+ years of hands-on Data Engineering / Data Architecture experience
- Strong Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience (S3, IAM, VPC, Glue, Kinesis)
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and Pyspark
- Hands-on with dbt Labs Core and Talend
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, and Athena
- Strong knowledge of data modeling (Dimensional, Data Vault)
- Experience building batch & real-time/streaming pipelines
- Iceberg / open table formats experience
- DataOps & DevOps fundamentals (Git, CI/CD)
- Data security, privacy, and compliance implementation
- Monitoring & observability using Splunk.
