• Prior SAP Project Management experience within S/4HANA programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield)
• High-level working knowledge of SAP modules such as MM / P2P, SD, PP, or PM (Finance-centric profiles are less aligned)
• Strong understanding of SAP delivery concepts including functional designs, technical designs, RICEFWs, integrations, and testing processes
• Ability to operate hands-on rather than only at a strategic level; comfort with detailed coordination work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep pace with an energetic and demanding stakeholder environment
